Athena includes at least one field trip with each Dublin semester student's program at no additional cost. Trips can vary each semester, but a typical semester's destinations could include the following trips:

Wicklow Day Tour

• Guided bus tour exploring Wicklow’s countryside
• Experience this beautiful location which was the setting for various movies, including "P.S. I Love You" and "Braveheart"
• Visit Wicklow National Park and the historic monastic site of Glendalough
  

London Weekend

• Three days of exciting exploration of London by bus and foot
• Airfare, hotel, transportation included
  

Celtic Day Tour

• Guided bus tour through the land of folklore and mystery
• Visit tombs, ancient abbeys and the Hill of Tara
• See the Celtic High Crosses of Monasterboice
